Global Results Communications Acquires Crux Communications PR

 
 

Irvine, CA – April 1, 2010 - Global Results Communications (GRC), (www.globalresultspr.com)  a full-service public relations firm with global capabilities that serves the high-tech, telecommunications, wireless and consumer electronics markets, today announced the acquisition of the California-based Crux Communications, Inc. public relations practice. Crux Communications has for the last four years been serving clients in the telecommunications and wireless industries. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
